Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Guildra, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must sign in via Google or Discord — we do not manage passwords directly. You must be at least 13 years old to use Guildra.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Guildra for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post content that is hateful, threatening, or sexually explicit
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or the underlying infrastructure
• Scrape or automate requests to the platform without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Paid plans

Pro and Elite plans are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy, who acts as Merchant of Record. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your guild settings — access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per LemonSqueezy's refund policy.

5. Data and content

You own the content you create on Guildra (guild info, announcements, timer configs). By using the service, you grant us a license to store and display that content to operate the platform. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or data loss.

7. Limitation of liability

Guildra is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Guildra after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
