1. What we collect

When you sign in via Google or Discord OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. We store this to create your Guildra account. We do not receive or store your OAuth passwords.

We also store content you create on the platform — guild names, boss timers, events, announcements, DKP records, and attendance history.

2. How we use your data

  • To operate your account and guild features
  • To process payments via LemonSqueezy (we do not store card details)
  • To send in-app notifications (boss spawn alerts, guild activity)
  • We do not sell your data or use it for advertising

3. Google Sheets integration

Elite plan guild leaders may connect a Google account to enable live sync with a Google Sheet. When you authorise this connection, we store a refresh token that lets us write data to the specific spreadsheet you provide. We request only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets scope — we cannot read your emails, Drive files, or any other Google data.

Guildra's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not share Google user data with any third party, and we do not use it for advertising or any purpose beyond operating the Sheets sync feature.

You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the sheet in your guild settings, or by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Third-party services

  • Supabase — database and file storage (EU/US infrastructure)
  • Vercel — hosting and edge network
  • LemonSqueezy — payment processing (acts as Merchant of Record; their privacy policy governs payment data)
  • Google / Discord — OAuth sign-in and (for Elite) Sheets API access

5. Data retention

Your account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account or your guild, associated data is permanently deleted from our database. Backups may retain data for up to 30 days.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us on Discord.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
